Origin Green is Ireland's pioneering food and drink sustainability programme, operating on a national scale, uniting government, the private sector and the full supply chain from farmers to food producers and right through to the foodservice and retail sectors. The programme is the worlds only national food and drink sustainability programme, and enables the industry to set and achieve measurable sustainability targets that respect the environment and serve local communities more effectively.

The constant drive to improve our control systems led to AllinAll becoming an early adopter of the BRC standards which were implemented in 2003. AllinAll's investment in research saw us apply for our first patent in 2006. Two thousand and seventeen sees AllinAll complete a three year investment programme which radically enhances the company's capabilities and its ability to deliver solutions to its customers.This investment programme includes a greatly enlarged R&D facility including a pilot plant, new blenders that increases not only capacity but also capability and the replacement of all hardware and software systems. Today AllinAll has a state of the art facility geared to serving customers. In tandem with these investments in physical assets has been the recruitment and development of a team of professionals who work together delivering an outcome we are proud of.Over the last number of years, the markets in gluten-free products has exploded. In food service outlets and supermarkets shelves there is a marked increase in the gluten free products as consumers look increasingly to avoid allergens.At AllinAll we have an extensive range of Gluten Free & Reduced Allergen solutions to meet growing consumer demands without compromising on taste and performance.The war on sugar is in full swing. There is an increased prevalence in diet related diabetes and obesity with diabetes expected to increase more than double between 2000 and 2030 globally.The World Health Organization sugar intake recommendations changed from 10 percent of your daily calorie intake to 5 percent. Introduction of sugar taxes are driving food industry focus on reducing sugar content to drive positive impacts on health.There is a relentless shift to label transparency and the "clean label" movement. Consumers are continually looking for labels with a focus on fewer ingredients or kitchen cupboard alternatives the removal of E number and complex chemical names.

Aran Ard Teoranta T/A Gallaghers Bakery & Promise Gluten Free

New ownership in 2017 has transformed Aran Ard Teoranta with a multi-year investment programme across the business: improving/automating operations at their Ardara Bakery in Co. Donegal, the creation and building of 2 new brands in Promise Gluten Free and Gallaghers Bakehouse, investment in sales coverage and servicing of customers across Ireland and most importantly in the organisation's capability. The business manufactures a range of premium products in both Gluten Free and Conventional bread and baked goods. The company is also a supplier of a range of private label products. The business works with major retail customers across 3 core markets; its home market of Ireland where it is a strong market leader in Gluten Free and in the UK and Canada where the Promise Gluten Free brand is performing strongly

Greenhill Fruit Farm Ltd

Greenhilll Fruit Farm is a family-run farm near Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford led by Eamonn and Deirdre Crean. The team combines three generations worth of fruit growing knowledge within their operations, ensuring the continuity of the region's fruit growing heritage. Across Ireland, Greenhill Fruit Farm are well known for their high-quality strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.Through a combination of traditional and modern growing techniques and staggered planting schedules, Greenhill Fruit Farm maximise taste and the length of their growing season. Their products can be found at numerous roadside stalls across Ireland, where customers can buy them directly from the farm. Additionally, the business supplies well-known local and national supermarket and wholesale chains.

Ballykilcavan Brewing Company

Established in 2016, Ballykilcavan Brewing Company is based at Ballykilcavan Farm, near Stradbally, Co. Laois. Home to 13 generations of the Walsh family since the year 1639, Ballykilcavan has primarily been a tillage farm for the past 50 years. With malting barley being the main crop on the farm, the brewing company was setup to diversify and safeguard its long-term future. The company launched its first beer in July 2017 and was followed by three more bottled beers to create its core bottled beer range. The on-farm brewery was opened in December 2018 and since then, the company has added four canned beers and an unfiltered lager to its range as it continues to grow.
